Designed to challenge the normality of millennials default smartphone use. This eco-system is optimised to help users form new habits, positively influencing their digital behaviours. Encouraging a more balanced digital lifestyle allowing users to appreciate whats around them, whilst reducing their screen exposure, alleviating needless scrolling and facilitating digital downtime.
For the first part of my placement year I spent 9 months working within the experience design team at digital design agency, Dare. During this time I developed a new perspective of user centred problem solving, focusing on incorporating behaviour science and psychological principles into creating seamless user experiences and digital platforms. For the remaining 3 months I was part of a small design team at Viewport Studio, working on projects varying from tableware design to architectural instalments.
