Financial Empowerment for Seniors
Seniors need the financial empowerment they deserve and with a core aim to increase transaction transparency, this device helps users gain financial confidence as well as helping to mitigate scamming.
An on-demand statement printer increases financial transparency and allows for a greater understanding of their transactions. With a scam alert system, direct contact can be made with the bank helpline.
Postnatal Depression in fathers is widely unrecognised but should not go unnoticed, as 1 in 5 are affected. Peer is a peer-to-peer service designed to reduce loneliness in new fathers.
Peer operates through smart jewellery and an app, where the user can talk anonymously about their mental/physical health, and arrange meet-ups and socials, increasing connectivity and relationships with likewise fathers.

I am a passionate designer with a strong belief that the user is the heart of every design decision in order to create compelling solutions.
My method of designing is thorough and iterative, with the user being the centre of every design decision made. I am highly concerned with the user experience at each stage of the process and how the journey may be enhanced through discovery, empathy, and pragmatism. Generating insights and creating empathetic solutions is the most important part in creating a successful design solution. Currently, I am still in the process of gaining a job or graduate scheme after graduation. I am open to exploring all parts of design, as I wish to carry on experiencing and learning about design itself. I look forward to what the future holds, and continue growing and developing as a designer.

Experience
In my placement period, I carried out an Erasmus year where I studied at the Politecnico Di Milano and studied Product Design for 6 months, before moving back to the UK to complete the year at Kinneir Dufort.
