A domestic kitchen appliance that encourages users to reduce food waste through re-purposing of excess fruit.

Helps identify safe fruit, keep track of produce and find suitable recipes.
Ensemble, an app to help reduce loneliness in international students.
Encourages interaction between students through an engainging and enjoyable experience.
Ensemble, accompanying wearable to help improve communication.
Makes conversing easier and helps remove langauge as a barrier.
Saaf, a device to help clean fruits and vegetables sustainably and efficiently.
Where water supply is limited and vegetables are not clean, people can use Saaf to wash their produce to insure removal of all dirt, chemicals and pesticides.
Saaf, follows a two part rinse cycle.
This process ensures they have been thoroughly cleaned.
Jigyasa Choudhary
Hi, I am a forward-thinking industrial designer with the aim of creating satisfying and enjoyable user experiences.
As a designer I have always aimed to be dynamic and versatile in my approach towards design problems. My adaptability leads me to utilise skills from a variety of disciplines and therefore am able to understand the users’ real needs and ultimately provide meaningful solutions that improve their experiences. I have a high level of cultural empathy and understanding from personal experience, which allows me to stay relevant and on trend. As an individual this is something I not only aim to broaden but also apply to my current and future works. My placement at a start-up company, Crosshead, helped me broaden my skillset both in design and non-design related fields. With the significant level of responsibility placed upon me and my meticulous approach to tasks I was able to appreciate the importance of details and the true satisfaction it can provide. The past four years have provided me with an invaluable set of skills and experiences that I hope to take forward in my future career and help form my identity as a designer.
