The Backpack
This is the backpack in practice. The user simply carries it on their back to the playing field where they can remove their equipment and play sport.

The Secure Box
This image shows the lock box the users will place their valuables in. It's completely water-proof and allows enough space for multiple phones, wallets or watches - so the user can store their friend's equipment too.

The Back of the Design
This photo shows the back of the design, showing the tools they'd use to secure the backpack to the ground. The device has a D-lock combination bar to help secure it to a fence, and a helical ground spike to attach the backpack to the playing field.
Jack Alsop
I’m Jack, a proud Product Designer from the Midlands. This project was all about making footballer’s valuables safe whilst they play on the field. I play football a lot myself and I knew there was a gap in the market for an innovative product like mine.
I spent a lot of my time at Loughborough trying to improve in all areas of design. However, after spending 3 years here it became clear my strengths were in CAD/CAM and prototyping, 2 things I was very fond of during my time here. I aim to carry this skills into my future employment and spend my life developing them even further.
