Human Factors analysis methods are fundamental components in safely managing the human contribution within a complex and safety critical socio-technical industry such as nuclear. This project provided an evaluation of an incident analysis tool, recently developed for the nuclear domain, to determine its potential applicability within based on its theoretical underpinnings and varying usage characteristics.
